I can barely breath through my nose, normally. But when I put these on, wow. I get a LOT more air. Not only do I get the air, but I can actually feel the temperature difference.

I've started wearing nose strips recently to get more air at night. These are slightly better than some of the others I've used as there's more surface area over to stick to on the sides of your nose.

You do need to make sure your nose is oil free before putting them on, or they will lose some grip. Of all the ones I've tried, these do work the best so far.

Ripping them off is slightly painful for a second, but that goes away in a few seconds and it's not too painful. Similar to ripping off a bandaid, except this is more strongly stuck to your skin.

I have been using these at night and they help with breathing and some nasal snoring. If you have bad sleep apnea don't expect this to help but if you have congestion or small nostrils it could help.

Every box I've purchased has maintained the same high quality. Reliable product.

Overall, a good product. Slightly better adhesion would make it perfect.

After wearing all night long, I don't feel there is any improved breathing leads to better oxygen delivery, boosting restfulness and energy. Anyway, these nose strips are irritation free and no residue left after using.
