Stretchable tape - How to Use:
1. Wash and dry the area and it surrounding (make sure is dry)
2. Remove the adhesive protective sheet from the tape (center perforated split)
3. Stretch the tape, align and place it to fully cover, press on the edges and gently rub the tape to secure it more firmly

Nasal Strips - How to Use:
1. Wash and dry your nose/ face and it surrounding (make sure is dry)
2. Remove the adhesive protective sheet from the strips
3. Align and place nasal stips at the center of the bridge of nose (not too low or up, as image shown above)
4. Press and hold it for 30secs
